  • Return requests must be made within 7 business days of receiving the product.
  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

3. Exceptions

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

Items that show signs of use or damage unrelated to manufacturing defects.

Return requests submitted after the allowed time frame.

Personalized or engraved products.
